Salome Creek / The Jug - Friday, 29 Oct '10

Headed up to Salome Creek on Friday (expected high temp in Phoenix is 87 degrees). Classic canyoneering with one mandatory 20' rappel / jump. Read details on this hike elsewhere on this site: http://hikearizona.com/decoder.php?ZTN=111.

Meet in Scottsdale at the intersection of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd and Shea Blvd in the Fresh & Easy parking lot at 7:30 am.

Bring your own lunch. You'll need a harness and ATC --OR-- 100% confidence in your willingness and ability to jump 20' into a deep pool of water. I'll bring the rope, webbing, carabiners, etc.
