SDNM 2 Day

Post by bdowns »

Hello all, thanks in advance for any and all information.

A friend and I are planning a couple day backpacking trip in April in the Northern section of the Sonoran Desert National Monument. I was hoping to get any and all feedback and/or experiences from anyone that's done any travel in this area. I've got all of the basics covered but want to make sure all of my bases are covered.

Also, was hoping if anyone knew of a good place to get maps of the existing trail systems. I can't seem to find any Googling.

Thanks!

Not many trails. Aside from Table Top most are closed off jeep roads.

For the northern end you have
- Margies Cove Trail
- Brittlebrush Trail

on those above links there are quite a few triplogs you can read for experiences

here is everything
