This perennial Artesian Well water is warm as it exits the ground from the two underground rock plates that are forced together to cause pressure on the water;

"The artisan well is gone! :( The well has been capped off at a sewer pipe. You can hear the water running but it going underground ‘somewhere’ within the sewer pipe"
