As you can see, a very elaborate area around part of the old mill. The dam is to my right.

From the website: Originally conceptualized in 1992 as a creative solution to address access in the city of Columbus, the $10 million Riverwalk was finally completed and opened to the public in 2019 after receiving funds from the state’s Transportation Investment Act. This 22-mile trail was completed in sections – with bridges, raised pathways, and a walking path (all compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act) – that connect two gaps in the original Riverwalk. The new trail allows the community to stay active and provides connections to public transit, schools and universities, and more. The Riverwalk has helped to spur growth to Uptown Columbus, creating more tourism opportunities. Now, the community has additional options for accessing travel and a way to explore their own backyard.
