After 3 days of camping/hiking off of FR 203 near the north end of the Grapevine Trail I drove further down the road to check road conditions and fire damage. The plan was to set up camp for another couple of nights near the south end of the Grapevine Trail. On the way I encountered this guy who has been in the middle of the road for many years with out stopping traffic up and down the canyon.
