This old schoolhouse was active into the 60s and many of my cousins went to school here. Now there are mostly rattlers in attendance. I was there once for an Easter egg hunt in the late 50s. Fortunately, the rattlesnakes stayed away. This is yellow sweet clover that is very prominent this year.

It was known as Penzer School and has a USGS Quad named after it. I wonder if they will still call it that after the building disintegrates?
