and so it goes. Gobbling up the wheat heads and spitting out the kernels into the combine bin and the shaft out the back. Very dry this year, 10-15 bushel yield which is way below normal. My Kaufman cousins who farm the hills of Lewiston, ID on the other hand, were getting 100-120 but they're always higher over there. Winter wheat should be doing 35-40 bushels/acre here.
