The mountains in the left background are the Orocopia, Salton Sea is under the haze and the Santa Rosa Mountains are in the right background. Once again, notice the Monzogranite boulders below. It's interesting how this area ends somewhat abruptly as you head south. A new fact I found: Monzogranites are biotite granite rocks that are considered to be the final fractionation product of magma.
