| no partners | | | Actually intended to hike the rock creek #42 trail but the road wasn't signed. So, we wound up at the north peak trail head and set out. This trail was pretty smooth for the most part, steep and a bit over grown in places, very enjoyable overall. It was nice to be up in the trees again. Due to time constraints we didn't hike to the peak but went about four miles down the trail before turning around. Overall, this was a very pleasant hike, but next time I'll go to the peak. |
