Hiked Hoolie Bacon trail #111 from the 2wd parking off SR88 to the entrance of Trap Canyon. Didn't see anyone else on the trail, or at either trailhead. There was one campsite at the old Tortilla Ranch site but we didn't see anyone around. Both springs we passed, Night Hawk and Horse Camp, were dry as a bone. SuperstitionGuy had asked us to keep our eyes open for anything that might be related to Jesse Capen. The only two items of any interest that we found was a weathered tent off the trail about 3/4 of a mile from Trap canyon and more (maybe the same) of the blue bed padding in the wash leading into Trap Canyon that was found last May.

Great hike. Since there was no other activity at this trailhead I was glad we decided to walk in vs. taking our our stock 4wd Suzuki and possibly getting stuck. FR213 looked really rough :scared:

I will post pictures soon.
