| no partners | | This is a nice loop: Up the National Trail from Pima Canyon, take the Mormon Loop trail to the right, up the hills, then connect back with the National Trail, right to the Hidden Valley turnoff, then back down the National Trail.
There weren't many folks on the trail this time, probably because of the predicted rain. I noticed this rock with petroglyphs on it. The trail is well-marked. This was my first time through the entire Hidden Valley; the rains have created lots of greenery and lichen on rocks. Mushroom rock is cool, and there was still some water on the rocks through the tunnel. |
