Heavy rains from the previous 2 weeks surely guaranteed the waterfall would not be dry. I was correct. Herds of people on trail made for quite a few trail jams but it was well worth it once you got to the falls. Spent 20 minutes rock hopping the final 10 yards as everyone was trying to squeeze in to get a good look at the falling water.
