| no partners | | | I don't even think this mountain is on a map or has documented elevation or description. It's on the Gila River Reservation between Phoenix and Maricopa. We lived in Maricopa at the time. My daughter, Ashley and I didn't see the "no trespassing sign" because it was dark. We climbed the mountain to watch the Sunrise. When we came down from the mountain, a very kind policeman was waiting to inform us that we were on private Native American property. It's too bad because we were going to explore the higher peaks. The back drop of these Mountains is Quartz Peak/Estrella Mountains. |
