I hiked from First Water Trailhead to Parker Pass. The trail is very easy to find; note that it costs $4 to use the trail.

Water is still flowing in the stream in 4 places along the trail, and hearing the running water along with the birds makes for a lovely hike.

Parker Pass is NOT marked as such, and several hikers I asked weren't sure exactly where it is, but it looks like once you get a view of Weaver's Needle, you are there.

There are several wildflowers in the area, even some I haven't seen elsewhere (see photos).
