| no partners | | | I slipped out of the house early this morning to take a walk on the beach to see the sunrise. Despite the fact that Puntarenas is on the Pacific side of Costa Rica, you can see the sunrise while walking on the beach. It rises up from behind some huge mountains that are down the coast from here, and because the coastline is curved, it also shines on the ocean. I live one block from the beach. It was 6 a.m., and just like in California, there were walkers and joggers. None of them appeared to be foreigners--they all looked like Ticos to me. |
