My friend John and I spent an afternoon reconnoitering a future adventure to the Dirty Devil River. Unfortunately time and other "stuff" intervened, and our plans came to naught. This day turned out to be the closest I ever got to adventuring in the DDR. But I could resurrect those plans if I could convince a HAZer or two to spend a few days "looking death in the eye" in the DDR. |
