| no partners | | This is probably the time to do this, as the color is up. However, it was cold! So cold, my joints hurt and I was concerned I might be getting sick. The best parts are earlier on, with the maples. Sunnier, and better views, too.
I had my belief that I prefer warmer, steeper, hikes over long cold and level, confirmed. This has AEG, but it is subtle, so you won't notice it. I didn't. Tomorrow, unless I am actually getting sick, another lap on Dog Canyon to Sunspot. |
