Headed up to Las Vegas for an extended weekend, partly to visit family, partly to see Penn & Teller and a boxing card. As my wife & I would have nearly two full days to fill in between the two, I looked for some non-drinking, non-gambling, does not need to stay in Vegas, activities. One thing I found, was a railroad museum, so we hit that on the way into town. I'm not a huge railroad geek, but I have to say the Nevada Southern Railroad Museum was pretty darn cool. Only bummer was we visited on Wednesday, and they only offer train rides on Saturday and Sunday.
