| partners | | Deb wanted to get out of the heat and Komet was chewin' at the bit to get out, so I threw together a short one that fit the bill.
Figured if we left a little later, we'd miss the 4th of July traffic..... That's didn't work.
63 and a light rain that lasted for 10 minutes when we started.
Original plan was to make it to Bismark Lake. Humphreys was getting Rain/Thunder and the storm over Kendrick was there our entire hike. Both storms were traveling in different directions. We went out a couple of miles to where we had a nice view of Hart Prairie and the storm on Kendricks and sat down to have some lunch.
Not wanting to chance it any further with the Lightning, we headed back.
