I start out with saying we didn't make the entire trail. We started this pretty late in the afternoon, but I thought we could make pretty good time. AS we got towards the top of the switchbacks it started to thunder and rain pretty bad. I thought at this point we can maybe just make it to Columbia point, but it really started to pour and there was a mass rush of people coming back down the trail so we call it and headed back down. This was my one disapointment with out Yosemite trip is that we didn't finish this hike. I guess that gives an excuse for next time right?
