In Columbus, OH, for an event at Ohio State's College of Social Work (CSW) honoring my dad (Class of '60), who has done a lot of fundraising for the CSW. Had too many beers upon arrival at the hotel last night, so I sweated them out this morning on the recumbent bike. I did the hill climb setting, level 5, for 60 minutes, sustaining ~95 rpm. Halfway in, my knees were aching, but I pressed on. By the time I finished, my knees were killing me. :stretch:

Later on, we got a behind the scenes access to the football team's training facility -- it helps to be connected

-- before heading over to the CSW for the shindig.
