| no partners | | Weather finally cool enough to allow us to head back up into the lower canyons... to check out the routes all the way up to the upper cliffs.
We got lucky with this one... exceptional bits of scrambling and hyper steep bedrock. Probably would have been nice to have had the rope a couple of places, but Mary made all the climbs! We could not cross through the upper Hoodoos... but did check them out then looped through the saddle over into San Andreas Canyon... and scored a fairly easy descent down to the hidden T125... for an easy walk out and around.
This cut may provide some of the best settings and challenges of all the lower canyons... Nice!! |
