My first visit to the GC... When I was a little boy I used to pretend the 20 foot gullies on our land was the Grand Canyon. I dreamed of one day seeing it and today I did. I am not particularly religious but seeing the GC was life affirming. Although it was really just a sightseeing trip, I cannot wait to hike there. Rim to Rim just became a new obsession... Geology is awesome!

Goodly amount of snow. Forgot to say I saw my first pronghorns yesterday on our way back from Sedona. Stoked!
