A quick out and back hike to the cave. Junipers, sycamores, grasslands and prehistoric items: my kind of hike

The creek was flowing, cows were bellowing, and the air was fresh with springtime warmth. It really was a more interesting hike than it had appeared on the topo map.

I couldn't find any info on the cave, so I dug, and dug, and dug some more on the internet, and in the local libraries, hoping to find out some history behind the cave's name. Ended up piecing together the story on "Black Jack" Christian from several sources. Curiousity satisfied!
