| no partners | | | Steadily increasing my bike rides each day this week, this one was certainly exhausting. I went with a friend and his buddies, who made it up the several miles of incline several minutes before I did. They are seasoned bikers, in much better shape than me, and went down a more difficult trail while I rode down the way I came. Of course all that uphill paid off with a fantastic ride down! This is a whole new level of fitness for me, so I'm hoping eventually I'll be able complete these rides more easily if I keep at it. My lower back is a bit sore from riding this week, I think today I'll actually take a break. I've been too eager to ride every other day of the week. |
