Spent all day sitting out at Plateau Point tracking birds. There was this crazy Austrian that biked down to Plateau Point early in the morning. I kept getting reports all day long about his progress up the hill. A ranger had confiscated his front tire, and he had to hike the bike out all the way. He was apparently quite chipper at the bottom of the hill, but huffing and cursing at mile and a half. Oh well - you bike, you lose I guess.
