| no partners | | | Local hike to check fall colors. Early freeze and snow will probably limit colors this year. Nice picnic lunch with kids. Hiked up to Crystal reservoir which is about half full. I think they are still doing maintenance. Took different routes there and back. Colors sporadic. Dropped into Green Mountain Falls on the way back and walked back via Ute Trail. Nice temps always fun hiking with the kids. Nice to see most of the piles of wood gone it will be awhile before the scorched circles are gone. |
