| no partners | | | We did this hike on a sunny but very windy day. The area was actually in a high wind warning. The views were great but the wind was terrible. We started at the Sugarloaf trail head, not the Thunder mountain trail head. You take Coffee Pot Drive to Sanborn, then West to Little Elf drive and North a few blocks to the trail head parking. Wonderful little hike. Good for anyone. My GPS showed a 365 foot elevation gain. Not bad at all! |
