| no partners | | Hiked from the Picketpost TH through Arnett Canyon and took the cherry-stem road up to the Apache tear mine and mined a few tears. Then off-trail down to the Telegraph junction, hiking westward and to the eastern Pickepost approach ramp. Having not been up Pickepost recently I was surprised to see the bench missing, although the mailbox IS intact..
We exited down the traditional route back to the TH. Saw merely 4 folks in Arnett and no one on Picketpost or its trails.... weekday hiking bonus! |
