| no partners | | I was planning on driving up to Phoenix Mountain Preserve this morning and riding Sidewinder and Ocotillo loop, but I got like no sleep last night and slept in (5:45 lol) and decided to stay closer to home. I just got to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Lucero trails! You are pretty much going up or down the whole time. Narrow and intense, 100% focus! Started from Ladera Park on Hillside drive. On Hillside trail for about a minute then Copper State Crosscut anti-clockwise to Nitro Knoll, Sidewinder down to Hillside drive and then back up to Sidewinder. Up to the powerline saddle then down Recluse to Coyote Creek over to the Scorpion Loop, Coyote Creek back to Sidewinder back up to the powerline saddle, then the upper half of Recluse to the downhill half of Tarantula, lower Coyote Creek anti-clockwise back to the uphill portion of Tarantula, then down Black Widow to Thrasher back to upper Coyote Creek again to Copper State Crosscut back to Hillside and Ladera Park. I was thinking of adding Centipede and Viper trails this morning, but they are tough and I need to conserve some energy for pickleball tonight Had the trails all to myself this morning. |
