| no partners | | The second night of our coastal drive from Sydney to Brisbane, we stayed at Byron Bay, which is apparently a posh beach town for the rich and famous. We took a run through town and out to the conservation area and lighthouse at Cape Byron. Watching the breaking waves from the various lookouts was impressive.
On the way back, we dialed it down to a walk along the beach. Although it is winter in Australia, the ocean water was surprisingly warm. A lovely town/area. |
