| no partners | | Roundtrip Lantau Island Cable Car to/from Big Buddha near the Po Lin Monastery. Required a brief stroll through the touristy village to the plaza and then up the 268 steps to the large bronze sculpture atop Mount Muk Yue. Breezy, cooler and hazier than the day before. The trail system within this county park seemed well-established, maintained and challenging from the impermanent birdseye view. Thus gone, thus come.  |
