And now Mrs. Claus is really upset!

Brief contemplation to complete the SR10 on solstice day but decided not missing dinner at DQ with my parents was more important. Besides, adding on Jack Mountain and Mount Hopkins just doesn't seem like a worthwhile flow. Even though it's lower, I thought McCleary had a stunning view. The rock-hard snow patches on several of the north aspects were annoying, as was Josephine Peak. I doubt I'll ever do that crappy bushwhack again. Regardless, it was the hundredth for the year.

Overall, a nice ridgeline route that is better than staying on the Crest Trail for the transverse.
