| no partners | | | Nice hike for February. Notably, there is a restroom at the trailhead. Started out with temps in the high 50's and finished in the mid 60's. Didn't see too many hikers especially once the trail splits from the Dixie Loop and across the plain toward the mountain; saw a single biker and a group of 3 during the entirety of the hike. The route was pretty navigable and the climb to the peak was largely shaded and not too steep. Definitely a gorgeous day with some great scenery. |
