On this hike I didn’t do the full Devils Garden loop but did see Tunnel, Pine Tree, and Landscape arches, and from Landscape catch a glimpse of an arch just beyond it. Left there and also saw Skyline Arch.

We started wtih Delicate Arch & the Devil's Garden Primitive Loop & then drove around hitting a variety of other areas. The stops were fairly quick and we did some short hiking. It was a good way to end our day in Arches. Our plan is the Islands District in Canyonlands the next day.

Just making our annual pilgrimage to the Minnesota/Wisconsin area for several weeks to get caught up on family and friends and a little partying along the way :D Our first day ended in Moab, Utah with just enough time left over for a quick tour of Arches NP.

Lots of tourists overwhelming the scenic stops so it was pretty tricky to get photos without lots of two-legged clutter. The highlights of my tour was to stop at a couple of the arches and the Balancing Rock, I wanted to visit the famous Delicate Arch, but there was almost a hundred cars in the parking lot :o so I just made a U-turn and worked my way back to the hotel. I'm hoping to return to Arches at a future time when there aren't so many people and hike some of the trails into the remote arch sites.
