I even took a nap in my car before the crowds showed up and the weather got too hot. Then it was time for the long drive back to Idaho Falls to catch my flight. Along the way I stopped at the Idaho Potato Museum in Blackfoot and had a delicious peanut butter shake at the burger joint next door. |

| no partners | | While reading up for this hike, the complaint by others was that due to drought conditions for several years all the water was being diverted for irrigation and thus the falls were dry. Lucky me, because they were running full tilt on my visit. This location is out of the way and off the beaten path but worth the effort to see. Being a weekday there were no other hikers. |
