Intended to go ot to the whiskey springs but older couple reccomended coming back via bluff spring trail, very good advice, turned out we saw a Gila Monster (AZ native and first time ever encountering one of these beautiful creatures) and spectacular views of weavers needle. Got seriously sunburned though, forgot one of the 10, we will never do that again.

First time on this side of the mountain. Surprised to see so many people without water! Saw a big chuckwalla. Tough hike near the top. Bottom tricks you.

Great day for a hike in the desert. Excellent scenery along the way, not too many people. Hieroglyphs are pretty cool. Very easy hike about 40 minutes in and out.
