| no partners | | I have kind of made my own loop for an exercise program on South Mtn. I park at the 48th street entrance and go up the Marcos De Niza Rock, then down and back up to walk the ridge along the road bed. I eventually come back down at the ruins ( I call it the Castle) that is at the end of the road bed and then walk the road bed back to the parking lot. This takes about 1 1/2 hrs now, but as I get back into shape, it's a nice 1 hr aerobic, leg and buttocks work-out |
