Yea... I feel the rain. Just got back from Oregon. I get up there any chance I get. Thanks for the intel. I have a route mapped entering in from Joseph but am always open to tips.

Planning on going up to the White Mountains to do some fishing. Want to car camp . Anyone have experiences up in that way. Heading up there Easter Weekend. Our plan is Hawley lake but open to suggestions.

Call utahcanyons in Escalante. Jim and his wife were super helpful and gave us some great tips on where to hike and stay .

I hiked the escalante river in October. The town is a very friendly. We stayed in small cabins on the outskirts of town before our hike. Super friendly. Stopped at the Kiva Kofee before heading out to backpack. If your looking for a good overnighter hike the river . Real pretty!

Im not picky but water for filtering is a must. AZ, NM, nothing crazy, Ill be taking a newbie and of course my trusty Doberman. 8-10 mile

Anyone hiked INYO/Monmouth ?
I'm heading out to Inyo, Monmouth , end of May ....Devils Postpile , some of the John Muir I'm thinking .... Just wondering if anyone had experiences in thee area? Weather? Tips? Then heading to southern Oregon. ROGUE river area? Anyone have any recommendations

Check out the Gilla Wilderness in NM. 4 hrs from Tuscon. I just did Jordan Hot Spring. I heard the Gilla Loop is a good one.

Arivaipa- did you check the east entrance permits? I love to backpack the Aravaipa. The east entrance is amazing. Did the Mazzies a few weeks back. From Barnhart to the river pretty well marked but once you hit the river it's a lot of rock hopping and carin searching. Going was a bit slow. We didn't...
