Parker Creek Sunday June 26
Assuming to fire issues develop there in the meantime. Going back for unfinished business from my aborted attempt in January when we got thwarted by the iced over snow. I'm interested in doing the lasso loop track that Jim Lyding posted for this area last year, 13 miles RT.

Looks like 13 is it then. a little road hiking never hurt anyone. The Mt. Ord hike is all road, and from what I hear that's a cool hike.

Re: Parker Creek Sunday June 26
Looks like we'll need a 2nd driver with 5 guys. Any takers? Looks like the overall plan will be for everyone except Alex to meet at my house and then we can pick up Alex along the way. Should we meet you again at the Gold Canyon Walgreens off Rt. 60 Alex?

5:30am departure time, 5:20am meetup at my house. I will PM the address again in case we get more people for this. Looks like some potential for the crowd to form in the next few days.

Looks like Joe's interested now. Did they reroute the AZT to go through the Ancha?

@Alex
about that time, maybe a little earlier (but not much) if everyone makes to my place on time.

Re: Parker Creek Sunday June 26
Chris, Kyle my buddy and myself are going to hit the longer route on the way down so we can drive together. If anyone else was up for the longer trek they can jump in with us, I have room for one more, 2 if your really friendly with each other.

I'm up for either distance. Temps will be in the high 90's by the time we finish the hike. Bring lots of water.
