Our walk back home after dinner involved checking out the river views and reflections. Whitefish River is a 24-mile river originating from Whitefish Lake that flows through the city before joining the Stillwater River. The river is popular for floating, tubing, swimming, and fishing, offering scenic views and opportunities for wildlife watching along its banks. Access points include City Beach and Riverside Park, and the Whitefish River Trail provides a paved path for walking and biking along the river.
