I had also only perviously done Parker Canyon when it was dry and it's so much more awesome with a good flow turning most of the drops into waterfall rappels and the waterslide was SO sweet. 
That narrows sections is some of the best canyoneering around 
and it was kinna sad when it was over but it was also slightly chilly even in a 3mm full wetsuit. We did the extended loop past the Cadillac exit and snagged the additional 50ft & 80ft drops before scrambling up the not-too-difficult canyon right below that final 80ft rap. Thankfully some parties had gone thru here this season before us and setup mostly all new anchors, so that didn't have to burn thru any of our webbing.
