| no partners | | This was a scouting trip during my dad's elk hunt. I've wanted to hike the bottom of Hell Canyon for the last five years. Hell Canyon is always cold and dry in the fall however the potential was glaringly obvious of what this location could be during the prime summer months. Rugged granite cliff faces, deep-water pools, granite pour-over's, and heavy vegetation. This is a cool canyon! I will definitely be coming back next summer with my camera...
