| no partners | | | The route in on FR693 splits into FR693B then back to FR693. We parked at the junction of FR81E and FR693 and hiked to the Tramway Trail #32. The views going down the Tramway Trail were brilliant. We certainly used our poles and hands in some places on the steep hike down to West Clear Creek. Finding the trail down river at the time of year when everything has grown to it's tallest can be difficult, Also there are many trails from people exploring or getting to the water. I found that the distance was 7.4 miles almost the same as Cerebellum's GPS trail. My GPS kept losing signal so the track along the creek is a guess. There is no sign to indicate the Maxwell Trail so keep a good lookout for the trail! Going back up the Maxwell Trail was not so steep |
