| no partners | | | Beautiful day this morning and absolute solitude on the trail. Began hiking about 2.5 miles after leaving SR89 (see posted routes for drive and hike). Road is somewhat deteriorated from earlier hiker's experience and I wouldn't recommend driving past the point indicated on the routes posted today-- why miss out on the creek experience by driving any farther? Up to the point indicated a passenger vehicle should have no problems except when roadway is wet. |
