My father in law set up some game trail cams on the seeps along the Peralta trail to see what was there (they have a cougar permit and sheep tag)

maybe we should move this to a Forum topic - wasn't my intent to stoke a fire. Was just trying to show the Hazers what's sharing our trails in the Supes.

Bighorn hunters go through a rigorous tag process and allowed to harvest ONE in their lifetime, so they carefully plan that ONE hunt to make it count... and yes they mount the head on the wall, and no, I haven't heard of many Bighorn sheep recipes.

As for Cats, if you perchance see one, it is likely because it is stalking you, or you are VERY lucky...

and for full disclosure, I am a carnivore, but not a hunter.. I would rather shoot animals with my Canon
