It was a cloudy and very cool day. Had to layer today. The clouds gives everything a totally different look. The trail is fairly easy with great views all around. Snow covered peaks to the east and north. At one point we, we could see the fountain in Fountain Hills shooting into the air. Met only a few people on the trail.
