One of the best hike I ever done, what a challenge! Flat iron was the usual butt kicker and left my legs sore for the rest of the trip. After flatiorn it was smooth sailing on the ridge, I was thinking to myself how easy this is going to be. The last section from 5057 down was a killer with shakey legs. Going down west boulder trail was a slide, I fell a few times. Once when I was slideing I reached out for the first thing and grabbed a cactus, ouch!.
