started hike around noon, was a fast elevation climb up front of mountain. you then walk the base of the ridge to a saddle, then down hill with the use of cables to the backside of the mountain, then proceed to climb back up the back side again using cables. the cables made the climb very easy, (i believed) the rest of climb would make heart race from time to time but not nearly as much as going up front of mountain. was points of shade on hike due to mountain blocking sun. the down hill climb i found fast, untill coming around the backside heading to the saddle, very steep incline with cable usage, i ran up for a bit untill heart was beating real hard and then took little slower, from saddle to trail head down very fast hike. very enjoyable hike and good work out to. if large amounts of people hiking expect delays on cable areas as other people struggle to get thru these areas, before getting to top area i had to wait almost 20 min while large group came down.
