| no partners | | Our first day camping at the Watchman Campground. We were able to walk to the trail-head just down the street from the "overflow" parking for Visitor Center.
The trail is moderately steep and steady. Kind of windy at the top but we had a HUGE rainstorm blowing in which ended up dumping over an 1" of rain on us that night...needless to say, ZION was bursting with waterfall action all over the park.
This was a fun little hike, took my 8 and 11 year old who both had fun climbing the rock retaining walls on the switchbacks. |
